FocusFrame provides appointment-based product photography services for small brands, local retailers, and independent makers in Kolkata. The scope of each project is confirmed after review of the product count, intended use, reference materials, shot list, and any sample setup approval that may be required.
Fees are quoted based on product count, views, styling requirements, and the number of retouched files agreed for the project. Payment methods may include card, bank transfer, or cash on the session day, as confirmed for the booking. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.
The client is responsible for providing accurate product information, reference materials, and any usage notes needed to complete the assignment. Session timing, production steps, proof review, and file delivery depend on the agreed scope and the approval process for the project. We may decline or pause work where the provided information is incomplete or inconsistent.
